settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current
billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to premium features

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial

WAGERS, BETS, OR FACILITATE ANY GAMBLING ACTIVITIES. OUR SERVICES
PROVIDE INFORMATION AND PREDICTIONS RELATED TO FANTASY SPORTS ONLY. YOU
ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND
PARTICIPATION IN FANTASY SPORTS COMPLIES WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS IN
YOUR JURISDICTION.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS

PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services
immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason,
including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination,
your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership
provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through
your account settings. Upon termination, you will not receive a refund
for any unused portion of your subscription.

caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such

If you access the Services through a mobile application downloaded from
the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree
